BatBridge Interactive, LLC ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We comply with applicable privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
2. Data We Collect
Account Data
- Email address and username
- Password (stored hashed)
- Profile information you provide
Game Data
- Card collection contents and pack opening history
- Lineup submissions and league participation
- League standings, match results, and scoring history
- Head-to-head challenge history
- Achievement and streak records
Purchase Data
- In-app purchase history and transaction records
- Virtual currency ("Gumsticks") balance and transaction history
- Payment processing handled by our payment provider (we do not store card numbers)
Usage Data
- IP addresses, device type, browser/app version, session timestamps
- In-game actions and performance telemetry
3. How We Use Your Data
- Authenticate you and maintain your account and card collection
- Process lineup submissions and calculate scores from real MLB statistics
- Process in-app purchases and maintain virtual currency balances
- Run leagues, leaderboards, and head-to-head competitions
- Send game notifications, results, and account communications
- Detect and prevent cheating and fraudulent purchases
- Improve game balance and Service performance through aggregated analytics
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Third Parties
We share data with third parties only as necessary:
- Payment processors — For in-app purchase processing
- MLB statistics providers — Your lineup data is matched against real game stats
- Cloud hosting providers — Infrastructure and database hosting
- Analytics and error tracking — Anonymized telemetry
We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use it for advertising.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and game data while your account is active. Card collection and purchase history are retained for as long as your account exists or as required by law.
After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized match history may be retained for game records.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of your personal data and purchase history
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Opt out of data sale (we do not sell data)
- Data portability
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (GDPR)

7. Security
We use TLS for all data in transit and industry-standard practices for storage. Passwords are hashed. In the event of a breach, we will notify affected users as required by law.
